Ghost Story (Dresden Files #13) By Jim Butcher 8/10 Stars

      So, I Love this series, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have problems. One of those problems is that he doesn't seem to write female characters really well. Some of the women seem to have a permanent damsel in distress syndrome. This plays into the self-described old fashioned guy that the main character is, and urks me when I see it.
      The other problem in this series is that the action doesn't seem to match the problem at the beginning of the book at spots, and it's hard to connect the dots sometimes.
      The strengths are that he writes great action scenes with characters that have over the top dialogue that is unrealistic fun in the same vane as the show 'Firefly,' dialogue. 
     The other strength is that it is self-aware enough it's aware of its own cheesiness. 
     This specific installment was not an exception it had a satisfying conclusion (They normally do) and some really great action/ character moments. Go check this series out.
